I can understand why AA was so? poor – I travelled all across the States with them last year over 6 weeks and they were delayed many times and some (not all) of their customer service staff were clearly not up to the job and quite rude. Might try Delta next time – just won’t take a pet lol.

Our nation as a whole is becoming more crooked. Our political? leaders are less concerned about walking uprightly and seem unconcerned when their dishonest ways are exposed. It’s no surprise that our airlines “lose” so much luggage. I haven’t flown in years, because I want to keep my luggage.
