I'm looking for a card that gets you more miles for multiple airlines; APR is not a concern.

Have you not been following the aftermath of Obama signing the Credit Card Right’s Law… Within the next few months NO CREDIT CARD WILL GIVE FREE MILES.. that is going to be discontinued throughout the industry.

Both Bank of America Visa and American Express have reward programs that I know of. Best? That is too complicated for me to judge for you without a lot more data.

Capital One has a couple that you can check out. Its their No Hassle Rewards card. Chase has the United Mileage Plus card, where you can also use it towards airlines within the Star Alliance network. Citibank has the PremierPass Card. Bank of America cards are only for specific airlines.
